Hire Charges

The Main Hall and Founders’ Room (our smaller meetings room), may be hired together or separately together with the kitchen and garden. The rates are given below but note that there are further discounts for block bookings for regular events. Clubs and societies who haven’t used the Hall before are encouraged to contact the Booking Secretary and arrange to be shown the facilities.

Main Hall£11 per hour£149 per day - 9am to midnight
Meetings Room£8.50 per hour£109 per day - 9am to midnight
Both rooms£16.50 per hour£218 per day - 9am to midnight
There are discounts for local private functions such as birthday celebrations.
For all hirers
Use of Garden£10 per session
Use of Kitchen -
for light refreshments£3 per session
for preparing meals£10 per session

Rates are revised annually and take effect from 1st April.

For local bookings, a Hirer living in Bosbury, or the surrounding villages of Ashperton, Canon Frome, Catley, Coddington, Fromes Hill, Mathon, Munsley, Staplow or Stretton Grandison, is eligible for discounts on hourly, daily and block-booking rates.
